Nigel (a born engineer) founded Alpha in 1984 as a HVAC install business, he has years of onsite install experience.

His passions away from work involve spending time with his family and 3 grandchildren, Nandos, charity work, and he also enjoys long walks in the Kent countryside.

Nigel's specialties include finance, IT, leadership, and engineering.

Yarl started here in 2000, working within operations and quickly moved up the ranks. Today he is our CEO heading up the Sales and Marketing.

Away from work, Yarl likes to spend time with his family and travel the world. He is well known for being a foodie.

Yarl specialises in sales and marketing but also has a wealth of experience in business management. Some of his skills include HR, IT, coding, creative design, engineering and many others.

Gary joined Alpha in 2004 as a Warehouse Operative and is now one of our Key Account Managers.

Gary is an expert when it comes to HVAC supplies and products. He's also a natural at maintaining and growing relationships as those of you who have met him will already know.

Sam has been with us since 2011, working as a Key Account Manager and his knowledge of HVAC supplies is only trumped by his colleague Gary.

Away from the office, Sam is a big football fan, and he loves his steak and family.

Andrew is a keen believer in setting personal goals and will always find a way to achieve what he sets out to do.

Ultimate happiness is achieved by spending time in a fast-flowing river or up a mountain.

Karen keeps the books here at Alpha, a vital role that requires an intimate love of numbers. Along with numbers, Karen deals with HR duties within Alpha which means she plays a vital role across all areas of our business.

When she’s not at work she attends to her children and loves football.

Hannah started at Alpha in 2016 in the Customer Service department and is now our Finance Assistant.

Hannah has a background in care work and it shows in her attitude. The attention she provides each of our customers and her job role is admirable. And she has taught us all something about passion for the job.

Panduka joined us in 2018 and is responsible for our Marketing & IT strategy and planning. As our brand guardian, Panduka is responsible for delivering our content strategy and executing all of our marketing campaigns. He also brings with him a wealth of knowledge on all things computers!

Outside of work, Panduka is a photographer and spends his time away from Alpha travelling the world.

Chris joined us in 2019 as part of our Customer Services team. In the office, he is committed to constantly developing himself in order to solve your queries in the quickest and most efficient way.

Outside of work Chris enjoys attending festivals, travelling and making the most of time with family.

Natalie, the newest member of the Sales Support team joining in 2020. She enjoys traveling the world and tries to spend most of her free time visiting family/friends in Essex.

You can count on Natalie to pick up that call and solve your query in a flash!

Natasha joined us in 2019 as part of our Customer Services team. When Natasha is not in the office you can often find her planning her next trip away to the USA, to visit family.

Adam has been with Alpha since 2013. With many strings attached to his position, his role is very much interlinked with a variety of different areas from running and maintaining our storage facilities, deliveries to procuring stock to sell to our customers.

Outside of work his passion lies with all things outdoorsy and invigorating.

Liam joined us in 2019 to help us maintain our impeccable 96% on-time delivery rate. Favourite aspect of his role has always been solving complex problems.

When he is not stressing about work, he is either stressing about the next time he can visit Las Vegas or when the Baltimore Ravens will next win the Superbowl!

Aaron has been with Alpha since 2010 and is now our Operations Assistant. He looks after the day to day operations of the Warehouse making sure everything runs smoothly. Aaron ensures team morale is always kept at a high with his special brand of offbeat humour. 

He also enjoys time with his family.
