Cylinder Policy

Under the terms of article 11 § 4 regulation 517/2014, known as F-Gas II, which came into force on 1 January 2015, distributors may only sell refrigerants to companies that hold valid certification.

For us to comply with these requirements, we need to have a copy of your F-Gas company certificate.

Please note that if we do not have a copy of your certificate we will not be able to supply you with refrigerants until we have received one.

Please note that you must have a credit account in order to purchase cylinders.

You can login to My Cylinders to view your cylinder statement and request collection.

1. There will be a charge on failed deliveries/collections.
2. Please allow 2-3 working days for collection.
3. Collection must be made from the address/site that we have delivered to or there may be an extra charge.
4. Invoices for further charges in line of the above shall be issued once the cylinders have returned to our supplier. Any queries should be raised within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
