Reward Terms & Conditions

Alpha Reward Points Program – Terms and Conditions

  1. These Reward Points Terms and Conditions
    1. These Reward Points Terms and Conditions (RPTCs) are valid and effective as at 07.04.2026.
    2. These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to and incorporated into Alpha Wholesale’s standard terms and conditions of sale as amended form time to time. To the extent that the standard terms and conditions of sale conflict with these Reward Points terms and conditions, these Reward Points terms and conditions shall prevail.
  2. Eligibility: Credit Account Only
    1. Only customers with an active credit account at Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd (Alpha) can join. Other account types do not qualify.
  3. Joining the Programme
    1. You must opt in in writing to join (if eligible). You will not become a Program member until this has been formally authorised by an Alpha director. Alpha reserves the right to decline or cancel membership at any time and at its sole discretion.
    2. By joining, you agree to these RPTCs.
  4. Earning Points
    1. Points start building up from the day you join.
    2. Points cannot be backdated.
  5. Eligible Orders
    1. To collect points, your order must include products from multiple categories (for example, not just copper).
    2. Orders made up solely of a single product category may not qualify.
  6. Redeeming Your Points
    1. Only people authorised by a director of the Program member can redeem points.
    2. Permissions can be changed in the Your Account section of the website.
    3. You must spend at least £1,500 before you can redeem points.
    4. You may redeem your points after 90 days from your first invoice in which you accrued points.
  7. Keeping Your Credit Account in Good Standing
    1. Your credit account must be up to date.
    2. If your credit account falls behind, your points will be frozen until you clear your balance.
  8. Credit Account Closure
    1. If your credit account is closed (whether by you or by Alpha), your points balance will reset to zero.
    2. If you owe money on your credit account after closure, Alpha may add the value of redeemed items to your balance and invoice that amount as part of recovery.
  9. How Long Points Last
    1. Points are valid for 18 months from when earned.
    2. We encourage you to use your points within this period, as any unused points will then automatically expire.
  10. Redemption Availability
    1. Redemption in relation to particular goods depends on those goods’ availability.
    2. If an item isn’t available, Alpha will try to offer substitute goods of similar value but cannot guarantee it.
  11. No Cash Option
    1. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
  12. Returns
    1. If you return items for a redemption, any points earned on those items will be deducted from your points balance.
  13. Agreement and Changes
    1. By joining, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
    2. Alpha may alter, suspend, or end the programme or these rules at any time, with or without notice.
