Alpha Reward Points Program – Terms and Conditions

Joining the Programme

• You must opt in to join.
• By joining, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Earning Points

• Points start building up from the day you join.
• Points cannot be backdated.

Checking Accounts

• All sign-ups will be authorised with a company director.
• Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel membership at any time to protect the integrity of our programme.

Using Points

• Only people authorised by the company director can redeem points.
• Permissions can be changed in the Your Account section of the website.
• You must spend at least £1,500 before you can redeem points.
• You can only use points after 90 days from your first invoice.

Credit Account Only

• Only customers with an active credit account at Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd can join.
• Other account types don’t qualify.

Keeping Account in Good Standing

• Your account must be up to date.
• If it falls behind, your points will be frozen until you clear your balance.

Account Closure

• If your account is closed (by you or by Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd), your points balance will be reset to zero.
• If you owe money, the value of redeemed items might be added to your balance and collected as part of recovery.

How Long Points Last

• Points are valid for 18 months from when you earn them.
• We encourage you to use your points within this period, as any unused points will automatically expire.

Reward Availability

• Rewards depend on availability.
• If an item isn’t available, the company will try to offer a substitute of similar value but can’t guarantee it.

No Cash Option

• Points have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for money.

Eligible Orders

• To collect points, your order must include products from multiple categories (for example, not just copper).
• Orders made up solely of a single product category may not qualify.

Returns

• If you return items for a credit, any points earned on those items will be deducted from your points balance.

Health & Safety and Product Use

• All products supplied must be used strictly for their intended purpose, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practice. Use of products is entirely at your own risk, and Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse or non-compliant installation.
• In the event of product failure, Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd cannot be held liable, and any claims must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.
• If you receive a faulty item, you must notify Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd within 10 days of delivery. Please note that Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd is unable to process warranty claims directly; however, certain products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In such cases, warranty support should be sought directly from the relevant manufacturer.

Agreement and Changes

• By joining, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
• Alpha Wholesale HVAC Ltd can alter, suspend, or end the programme or these rules at any time, with or without notice.
