Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link. Use this link to monitor your delivery’s real-time location and view your order’s estimated arrival time.

What information can I see in my delivery tracking?

To track your delivery, go to ‘Order Tracking & History’ in the Alpha Advanced Portal and click ‘Track’ next to your order. You’ll see live updates for every stage, from order placement to delivery, so you always know where your shipment is.

Will I receive notifications about my delivery status?

If you have enabled SMS and email updates in the Alpha Advanced portal, you’ll receive notifications and updates throughout the delivery process, keeping you informed from dispatch to arrival on site.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed or I need to reschedule?

Can I track multiple orders at the same time?

Yes! If you have several active orders, simply select 'Track' next to each corresponding order in the Alpha Advanced Portal to view its status. Each order has its own unique tracking link and timeline so you can monitor them individually.
